OutsmartATS provides AI-assisted resume tailoring. You may use it for your own job search. You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service, and not to submit content that violates the rights of any third party.
Truthfulness
OutsmartATS will not fabricate employment history. You are solely responsible for the final content of any resume or cover letter you submit to an employer. Always verify that every claim in the AI-generated output is accurate before sending.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you don't see a callback rate lift.
No warranty
OutsmartATS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job offers or interviews. AI outputs may contain errors — review every word before submitting to an employer.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
